What, I wonder, is the place blogs in a post-LLM world? Cloudflare notes as of today that in the last 7 days 64% of traffic comes from humans vs 35% of bot traffic (and no traffic to this anyway). I recently deployed Hermes in my lab in an effort to keep learning, keep playing, and get a grip on how (full/less) things work. I am currently in the middle of a driven migration from wordpress to hugo. So how is it going? I’m burning through tokens like a maniac checking over and over to track. I wanted to do this 5 years ago but didn’t want to mess with the pain of wordess files. Bots live for pain and tedium. Or well, don’t in any sense of the sentence. The promise agents that they can make space to do the things we really care about. Here I am hammering away at my remington ten forty in baby blue while I pay a bot to do a website migration. Will it work? I don’t know, but if you’re reading this then probably.
